If I were you, I’d start asking in restaurants, stand-ins, Paradores and Parrillas. They’ll mostly say ‘empanadas, pizza, spaghettis, chicken and beef’ since those are the most common meals for an Argentinean.
If you want more traditional food, you’d probably like to go to the Solo Empanadas store. Empanada is the only food I can think of as a traditional food and that store is the most delicious one of all.
As for the last part, I don’t think I’ll be able to go there for the inauguration of your restaurant since I’ll be abroad for a 3 month-length study in Japan.

Wayne was ¾ human, ¼ mermaid, but that didn’t stopped him from becoming a king, and now that his reign was over, he was going back to the surface, where his wife (Anna and John’s mother) was waiting for him. Anna had had a normal childhood, with normal friends and normal parent. But one day, when she was 14, her parents told her and her brother that they were half mermaids, and that it was their duty to live at least 10 years in the seas, because their family was the royal family, and one day one of them (or their cousins) would be the king or queen of the seas. They shouldn’t worry about that, because that wouldn’t happen at least 16 years from then, when their parents generation would hand over command to the next generation (theirs). A generation had two 11 year governments, and when the first 11 years ended, their father was elected king between his cousins to reign over the seas. And now, 11 years later, his reign was over. Every single being on the sea knew Anna, her brother, and all her cousins, so when they made the decision they knew what they were doing. This was the most important moment of Anna’s life, and she was really nervous. She wasn’t sure if she wanted to be elected or not. Of course she would miss her friends and co-worker on the surface, but nobody could even compare the surface with the seas, because the seas where a million times better. When the king’s assistant announced the new king (John) she felt kind of disappointed, but so relieved. She would now be able to carry on with her life. But since she had founded out about her origins, she had always wanted to be a queen. And she would be, 11 years later.

I must say i´m really happy because of your visit to Argentina and as you may know, i´ll help you in everything i can... To start with, I´ll try to answer all the douts you´ve stated on the previous mail:
I think the best time you can visit Argentina is at Spring, by the end of September. During this season the weather is not too cold but at the same time not too hot; so I think it would be perfect for you to walk and go through the country without suffering the temperature.
I donnot consider the fact that you want to find out what people cook at home every day as a problem. You know you are invented to my house anytime you want without any trouble and in addition to this, if you would like to visit other houses in order to have a bigger idea of this item, i´d love to accompany you to have dinner, breakfast (or any food you want) at my friend´s homes on casual days.
If you´d like to go to some local restaurants which serve traditional food, i should deffinitely recommend you to visit where you´d be able to taste delicious tradicional plates in addition to common food which is eaten everywhere.
Finally and sadly i must refuse your request to visit you during the opening due to the fact that i donnot give up working during winder holidays because of the fact that my holidays will be starting when everybody else´s will be finishing (just on the first week of August). However, there are no douts that you will start luckily and that my heart will be accompanying you in such important event.

She was a student of Ort Yatay Secondary School and though she hadn´t have any problems with any subject at school she was exhausted because of the large year she was about to finish. The following day was the last day of her almost latest years at that school. She loved it, and didn´t even dout it; she knew she had spent marvelous times there and had met many interesting people but couldn´t avoid feeling relieved because of this ending. She had waited so long for that moment to arrive that couldn´t belive she was living it at last. The holidays were about to start and the torture of school was about to finish. Everything seemed so good then... no more getting up so early, no more homework, no more exams, no more studyes, no more school´s obligations. It was so good, and it was all about to start! When the alarm sounded, at 5 am, she woke up feeling the summer on her body. She didn´t complain about the weather, time or anything; she just dressed up smiling at every moment. After she had finished having breakfast, she opened the door of the house feeling the wind of freedom. The best was about to come.

Finally and sadly i must refuse your request to visit you during the opening due to the fact that i donnot give up working during winder holidays because of the fact that my holidays will be starting when everybody else´s will be finishing (just on the first week of August). However, there are no douts that you will start luckily and that my heart will be accompanying you in such important event.

Part 2 (questions 2-5)

Anna had a very special reason for getting up early the next day, so she set the alarm for 5 am. She was a student of Ort Yatay Secondary School and though she hadn´t have any problems with any subject at school she was exhausted because of the large year she was about to finish. The following day was the last day of her almost latest years at that school. She loved it, and didn´t even dout it; she knew she had spent marvelous times there and had met many interesting people but couldn´t avoid feeling relieved because of this ending. She had waited so long for that moment to arrive that couldn´t belive she was living it at last. The holidays were about to start and the torture of school was about to finish. Everything seemed so good then... no more getting up so early, no more homework, no more exams, no more studyes, no more school´s obligations. It was so good, and it was all about to start!
When the alarm sounded, at 5 am, she woke up feeling the summer on her body. She didn´t complain about the weather, time or anything; she just dressed up smiling at every moment. After she had finished having breakfast, she opened the door of the house feeling the wind of freedom. The best was about to come.
